■Principle
Pressure injection of mortar having very low flowability into ground without giving impact or vibration forms a body of solidified mortar in the specified position without the mortar veing scattered.

■Construction Procedure
● 1 BORING
Set up the Boring Machine at the specifically marked area.

All Waste,including slime, produced during boring will be recoverd completery.

● 2 MORTAR PREPARATION
Special aggregate prepared with our firm's proprietary formula.

Mortar supplied by the most efficient constant mixing system. → Enforcement of rigorous material management, including slump tests.

● 3 INJECTION
Special-purpose, heavy-duty pump for pressure injection of mortar with low flowability.

Small lift equipment of the injection tube. →　Step-by-step lifting mechanism, with a step set to a standard height of 33cm.

Flow rate and pressure monitory system for rigorous contorol of morter injection.　→　Step up with 1 step 33cm (standard)
